Comments:

7 members and 4 visitors joined me on this walk on a beautiful sunny day. A detour was taken to visit the trig point on Whins Brow before descending by Ouster Rake where we stopped for elevenses. After crossing the hause to the Whitendale Valley it was a long climb to Dunsop Head but with lots of opportunity to enjoy the views we were leaving behind. A brief visit to the trig point on Burn Fell preceded the gradual descent to Beatrix and back to the cars.
