|Walk:||Rake How, Bridge House, Old Coach Road, Clough Head, Calfhow Pike, Great Dodd, Sticks Pass, Stanah|
|Start Point:||Legburthwaite car park||Grid Reference:||NY 318 195|
|Distance:||12.5 miles||Ascent:||3,550 feet|
|Weather:||Dry with a cold wind and snow on the high ground.|
|Comments:||With a reasonable forecast we were hoping for a good day and were pleasantly surprised at the clear views made all the better with the covering of snow at high levels - and even a touch of blue sky. The climb to Clough Head was longer than I remembered - probably due to the fact that this was the first harder walk of the year - need to get fitter!!|
