Distance: 11 miles Ascent: 3,000 feet
Comments: This report has been competed in 2004 so I don't have details of the walk apart from the route. Having found the photos from the walk it has now been added to my website.

Leaving Walthwaite Bottom . . .

mist hovers over Elterwater . . .

but seems to clear as I get higher up

Looking towards the end of the Langdale Valley Crinkle Crags can be seen on the left with Harrison Stickle on the right . . .

then zooming out to take in the valley itself and Pike of Blisco on the left

Looking down Easy Gully - it's longer and steeper than it looks!

Windermere can just be seen beyond the end of the valley
