A familiar route with quite
a lot of walking on tracks - ideal for wet weather, but
there are some muddy sections on the narrower paths.
This was the first time I had approached Jubilee Tower
on the Witton Weavers Way track and is possibly one of
the best approaches. Returning across the moor I varied
the route by dropping down to Stepback Brook before
climbing the unnamed hill on the way back to the main
route. |
