Comments:	After heading through Leyland it was a pleasure to ride on the quiet country roads with few hills. I continued on through Eccleston to Mawdesley then on to Charnock Richard and the Yarrow Valley Visitor Centre where I took time out for lunch. Mainly using cycle paths I made my way through Astley Village and Buckshaw then into Cuerden Valley and home.
