| Start Point: | Whalley Spring Wood | Grid Reference: | SD 740 360 |
| Distance: | 6.4 miles | Ascent: | 930 feet |
| Time: | 2.7 hours | ||
| Weather: | Overcast with some sunny spells | ||
| Comments: | I've started from Spring Wood many times but have never walked through the wood itself. It is larger than expected and well worth a visit. This walk was from Country Walking and the instructions were clear though the start point information is completely wrong. | ||
