Early Morning Run

Setting out quite early, the more adventurous of us headed along the road to take in the fells on each side and ahead.

The fells to the south, possibly Harter Fell

It might be down hill just here . . .

but ahead can be seen the beginings of Hardknott Pass

Frequent bends lie ahead . . .
